Completed in 1515, the Schöllenbach Altarpiece is considered one of the most beautiful of late Gothic ecclesiastical art in the Middle Rhine region. Schenk Eberhard XIII von Erbach and his wife donated the donated the altar to the former pilgrimage church of Schöllenbach in the Odenwald. After several years of restoration, it is now back in its usual place of the Hubertus Chapel in Erbach Palace.

Naturally, they both know a thing or two about the valuable collector's items belonging to Count Franz and his grandson Eberhard. It goes without saying that Hermine and Lisbeth know the historic rooms like the back of their hands.
