Every first Sunday of the month there is an intensive guided tour from 3:30 - 5:00 pm.

Individual guided tours of the Counts' Collections and the Hubertus Chapel with the Schöllenbach Altarpiece as well as the German Ivory Museum are possible by prior arrangement. Special focal points can be taken into account by prior arrangement as well.

Children aged 6 and over / school pupils on presentation of a pupil’s ID card / apprentices on presentation of proof of status / students aged 25 and under on presentation of a student ID card / participants in the Federal Voluntary Service on presentation of relevant proof / holders of a Hessen Volunteer Card or a ‘Juleica’ youth leader card

The museum is not wheelchair accessible! People with disabilities visit the exhibition at their own risk. Companions from their own group can assist them in negotiating the steps; museum staff are not authorised to do so. The museum accepts no liability in this regard.
