From November onwards, reduced opening hours will apply for November, December and March. Tickets will then only be available from 11:00 to 16:00 in the museum shop.
During the Advent weekends, opening hours are Friday to Sunday from 11:00 to 20:00.

Guided Tours
The visit to the Count's Collections and the Schöllenbach Altarpiece in the Hubertus Chapel as well as the workbench is possible with a guided tour.

April to October

March, November to December
Tuesday to Sunday and public holidays - at 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm
Every first Sunday of the month there is an intensive guided tour from 3:30 - 5:00 pm.
Hubertus Chapel with Schöllenbach Altarpiece

German Ivory Museum
Every first Sunday of the month there is a guided tour from 2:00 - 3:15 pm.
Workbench
Tuesday to Sunday and public holidays at 1:30 pm
Individual guided tours of the Counts' Collections and the Hubertus Chapel with the Schöllenbach Altarpiece as well as the German Ivory Museum are possible by prior arrangement. Special focal points can be taken into account by prior arrangement as well.
